Clearly you don't work in the entertainment industry and therefore have to frequently work with (or around) Ticketmaster's incompetency. Even still, I would expect that by now most people who regularly attend any type of concert/convention/event would have learned that the Ticketmaster name guarantees at the very least you'll be ripped off to the tune of 25-40% and that's IF they hold their infrastructure together long enough to actually sell you a ticket.
Ticketmaster regularly makes last year's Blizzcon shenanigans look like a walk in the park, the only difference is people have learned to expect such poor service and outrageous fees from Ticketmaster whereas people expect nothing less than perfection from Blizzard, which speaks to their regular quality of service I think.
