Why does Blizzard, an American company seem to make all annoucements on the European websites first?

Possibly cos we are several hours ahead in terms of time zones, so if both the US and EU sites are scheduled to be updated on the same day, it'll likely get put up on the EU site first.

I don't know this for sure, but it would make sense.
