Because we know communism in no way transformed a primary backwards agrarian economy into that of a world power with the third and soon to be second largest economy of the world.And from the way you are characterizing Chinese law, it sounds like you don't have a very accurate picture of what happens. Most of modern China's legal proceedings are very transparent. That doesn't make them fair or humanitarian, but it isn't secret police murdering in the dead of night.
No, I think he's right. An individual company delaying a western game is the perfect example of how communism is bad.Totally
