I'm hoping Ulduar is still available to non-raiders. I'm not in a guild (other than with a couple RL friends) but I would love to raid. My life does not allow late night gaming for hours on end to down a boss where raid attendance is required. I was able to do it once upon a time in vanilla, but haven't had the backing of a guild since.I run heroics mostly and do the 10/25 versions of vault and sarth weekly but haven't stepped much into 25man naxx with the fear of wasting time wiping constantly. Granted, with people becoming better at their class, do you guys think Ulduar will be able to be done without the tight knit composition of a guild?

"Hi I'd like to see T8 raid content but not have it require raiding" is how that reads. Um... what? This is what a lot of us in the middle worry about. I can't raid for hours on end every night either.... but I want content to be challenging and require effort and skill. I don't want EZ Mode where you can walk in in quest blues and kill everything. Yes, this means you might not be able to see everything.... Too bad. You chose not to joing a guild, you chose to do other things to such a degree that you can't raid - deal with the consequences that flow from that. You can raid Naxx 2 nights a week and clear it without being some uber guild. You can PUG Naxx for god's sake. VoA is a 30 minute raid, 20 of which is spent getting people there... OS is under and hour. Go hit those up, get decent gear and go to Uldaur... but don't as for everthing to be so easy that you don't have to prep or have any gear. Having everything handed to you would, ultimately, be boring.

You totally missed the point I was making which leads me to believe you didn't bother to read what I typed (seeing as I stated I do Vault and Sarth regularly) and chalked it up as a qq post because you seem to have quite a stock paragraph pre-written for posting.Anyway, I was basically asking if Ulduar will require precision, skills, and good communication while 25 people bringing their A game.

I did scan, sorry about that. But face it you start off saying: "I'm hoping Ulduar is still available to non-raiders. I'm not in a guild (other than with a couple RL friends) but I would love to raid."I mean Uldaur is a Tier 8 raid... and you started by saying "I'm hoping Ulduar is still available to non-raiders." It shouldn't be. You should have to have mostly Naxx gear to get any place in there. I don't mean attunements, but the encounters should be hard enough that you can't just go in in quest greens and get anywhere. That's the whole IDEA of having tiers and progressions. You say you're not in a guild but would love to raid so I assume you PUG. I'd encourage you to find a guild that works with your playstyle though. I did that because I just have no interest in raiding more than 2x a week. But when we raid we're serious - we flask, grab buff foods, push people to gem and enchant gear, start on time. All you need is 10 people and you can see everything. 10 ppl, 2 times a week for 3 hours or so. If you really love to raid, go do it (or start your own guild!).
