lightheaded is a good mod to have combined with tomtom. Lightheaded is linked to wowhead and gives you information about each quest in-game in a window right beside your quest log and usually has coordinates you can click on to add to your map. Tomtom is the coordinates mod. It's been updated for wrath and it's not memory heavy like some of the other mods out there.
