I'll admit that with my ex (who got me started playing), I used to scream at him asking how to do stuff and for help. Of course, we were sitting right next to each other and I'm SURE there was some sort of hidden angst in there but to be fair, he just ran me through quests without explaining them and just expected me to heal until level 80. then the moment i'd ask a question he'd tell me to figure it out myself. ?!?!Then when we broke up, I started soloing. I'd occasionally yell to my roommate in the other room asking for help, and he'd say "figure it out. for. yourself." After a while I went onto thottbot and since then stopped asking for it. when someone asks ME for help though, i try to help them out as much as i can but some of them can just be complete assholes. Seriously, just because you are 13 does not mean i'm not going to call you a douche if you're acting like one.be nice, don't demand things--I'm learning too and also have short term memory loss so if you ask me something and i don't know it, i mean it!my .02.
