Breakfast Topic: Gonna check out Ulduar on the PTR?

It doesn't take Mind Vision to determine that I'm really, really excited for 3.1, and of all of its features, the Ulduar raid has me enthralled the most. I love new raids, and after all this time running Naxx, I'm ready to move on to a bigger and badder place. It doesn't hurt that everything I've heard about Ulduar sounds great! 14 bosses, hard modes, optional bosses, getting launched onto the back of a giant fire-breathing robot ... I honestly can't think of any negatives about the place. I guess it's just what I needed.
Of course, I haven't played it yet. But soon, very soon, the PTR will go live and I'll be able to bask in all of its brass-and-marble glory. And you won't be able to shut me up about it if you try. If you can't beat me, though, you should consider joining me there.
I'm aware, of course, that raiding's not for everyone, and that some people don't want encounters spoiled for them before they go live. So what about you guys? Are you looking forward to checking out Ulduar for yourself on the PTR? Gonna wait until it hits live WoW to try it out? Or do you just not care about Titantown too much?

Meh, I'll jump into PTR, but just because I want to check the dual-spec thing. I'm dying to try Holy and Prot in PvP ;)

My guild is not yet in the stage where we farm naxx, so... I suppose I'll stick to naxx and wait 3.1 and ulduar go live before having a shot at them.

I know that I am way offtopic but can anyone tell me the name of the robot as seen in the picture next to the article? I remember watching the tv-show it starred in when I was a kid on Saturday mornings. But I can't remember the name of the show for the life of me.

Must be the generation gap Rob13, I was a bit old for power rangers when it came out but whenever i see a giant robot made out of other giant robots i instantly think Voltron!

funny how images like this can give a clue or two about a posters age. My better half is 4 years younger then myself and even in that short gap, our "cartoon memories" are different. She would have probably guessed that power rangers thing, whereas I see Voltron.
When was Voltron? Late 80's? Thundercats? He-Man? Astroboy hahaha
Back on topic, where not quite at farm yet for naxx, so I'll be waiting to see it live (after reading a few WI guides of course!)

Thanks for totally ruining my day. Not only did Sacco make me call my mother and lament over the day I came home my sophmore year from college only to find that she has given away my VOLTRON (not power rangers, you moron) and Transformers to Goodwill, you have to add insult to injury by not actually knowing what it is?
You are required to hand over your dork card for an entire week, and remember you are not allowed to play wow unless you are a card carrying dork. Come on, hand it over, I'm not playing here...

Its going to be "MEGA" (I'm trying to bring this sadly under used word back into the limelight it deserves.)
Cant wait... riding in formation on motorbikes carving a swath of destruction as you make your way to the boss and then gleefully hurling your tier7.5 geared pally tank fromt eh top of a catapult at a HUGE boss who towers over everything..
And remember guys.. if anyone asks what you think about the new raid.. tell em its going to be MEGA ;)
