Re: everyone who finds this annoying:You'd be annoyed regardless if "instance full" was active or not. Either you don't get in, or you do and it crashes. Pick one.

How about I pick option 3 - Blizzard spends some of those fat profits on buying more instance servers so that they have enough resources to support the number of players giving them those fat profits.Failing that, there's even an option 4 - implement a proper queueing system.If it told me that I was number 10 or number 100 in the queue to enter this instance then I could make an informed decision to wait or not. The annoying thing about the current situation (and it happens very often on my server in peak times) is that you have absolutely no idea if you're ever going to get in or not. Spending 20-30 mins trying while your group falls apart is one of the most irritating things I have ever experienced in this game.
