Is Ulduar going to have an associated rep faction similar to raids in vanilla WoW and TBC (eg. Scale of the Sands for CoT: MH)?also,How far is it going to go with Bind to Account Heirloom items? Can we expect to see fully geared up level 1's with beige items (or is it gold?) in every slot? Or will they stick to Shoulder items and weapons?

I haven't seen anything that suggests they'll let you fill out every slot, and I'm inclined to believe it won't happen. They've said before they want people to continue to experience the old world they worked so hard on originally and making it so that you have no reason to get any gear from 1-70 seems like it would fly in the face of that.

I think a lot of people would like to see more types of account-bound items. So many of the pre-Wrath items look hideous enough that people would do almost anything to avoid wearing them. Since there is so much gold being spent on blue items for leveling and twinking these days, it seems like it would be a no-brainer. However, Blizzard enjoys letting us dump money on nothing, since they have a delusion about there being a real economy in WoW. They also get around to meaningful changes very slowly, instead focusing on whether clams stack and such. If you need proof of that, ask any tauren druid how long they have been begging for a better looking cat form. Yeah, basically forever.

I don't know about heirloom items, per se, but I'd love to have seen some of the Love Is In The Air items be Bind to Account rather than Bind on Pickup...

If the Event items weren't BoP, people would create level 1 alts just to hog as much as possible. This reason alone won't make it happen.Sure, if there were some sort of level req. involved, but then again, you'd leave out those with characters only below that level req.

I'd hardly say they're "focusing" on clam-stacking to the exclusion of new stuff, like replacing the admittedly godawful tauren bear model- you're comparing an issue that was probably fixed with some quick coding over somebody's lunch break with new content that would take people away from other projects to do art direction/design, make the model, work on animations, skin the model, etc.
