Just a note for those that don't like having subscriptions instead of doing this you can also just purchase game time from the Blizzard store each month. They give you a code to redeem in the same manner as a game time card.

Great point. I've considered going to a month-to-month system myself but one of the main things holding me back is the hassle of driving to the store to buy a game card. Plus all the waste of packaging and gas just to get a little piece of plastic that I'll throw away after 2 minutes.
