Yes, a Sarth3D attempt is not something you can just slap any tank for sarth on. A blood specced DK usually works best because of the Will of the Necropolis talent and Anti-magic shell, as well as priests giving the DK guardian spirit on a rotation so a flame breath that does more damage than the DK's total healthpool doesn't kill him.
