Prot warriors are usually assigned on add duty (elementals and whelps), use 1 tank for that preferably as using 2 will only confuse and distract each other seeing adds being tanked elsewhere. Vigilance one of the tanks that doesn't need threat, i.e. the Sarth tank, so your taunt cd is always refreshed, it makes add tanking a breeze, but still the toughest role than anyone else in the raid. Glyph of cleaving helps somewhat too.
Don't use druids for this role, as they apply the infected wounds debuff to adds which slows movement speed and this can be disastrous in add control through the lava waves.
