Easiest way to pick up adds to my expereince is have a Holy Pally healing the drake tank throw up Rightous Fury and have a Prot Pally tank the welps standing on him using concecrate and Rightous Defense to pick them up.

Really the two biggest things here are proper coordination of cooldowns on the tank (we use a warrior, Shield Wall, Last Stand + Sacrafice and Divine protection from a Holy Pally, Priest Cooldown) and enough dps so you don't run out of cooldowns or lose too many players to RNG during the brief period when you have 2 drakes and 2 portal adds up.
