Sunday Morning Funnies: ShamanWow
This week, I've got a modest list of comics for you guys, although number seven should give you something to do!- Cru the Dwarf: Some very important people are about to be revealed! Once they are, we find out that our friendly dwarf could use a history lesson.
- Dark Legacy Comics: No one likes to be Heartbroken.
- Flintlocke vs. the Horde, Episode 11, Part 7: The Final Straw.
- Check out the guest strip hosted by GU Comics, created by Luis Amaral, Dubious Achievements.
- The latest LFG shouldn't be missed, even if you regularly pass on it.
- NoObz: The Point of it All. I think about this a lot when loot drama crops up.
- Ctrl+Alt+Del has spoofed a couple of Infomercials. Namely, the infamous ShamWow, the Slap Chop, and their not-so-subtle pitchman, Vince Offer. If this doesn't tickle your funny bone, Abitranni from Cenarion Circle offered up what is arguably a better parody of the ShamWow infomercial.
- Teh Gladiators: Just When You Thought Ghouls Would Help.
- World of Warcraft, eh?: Valentine Vengeance.
- Ebenezer and Snooch: You probably shouldn't threaten your cat in the middle of playing WoW.

Edmunt Feb 22nd 2009 11:43AM

You know, I have to wonder why Noobz is ever posted. It just seems like it's making fun of MMOs, and not in a good way. But in the "Haha, you guys are such losers" way. Every. Single. Strip.
I see we gave up on Ding! though? xD
Holgar Feb 22nd 2009 12:26PM
Ding? whats a Ding? there is no Ding there never WAS a Ding!
Just like there is no cow level,
Just like there is no spoon,
THERE IS NO DING!

I'm a regular reader of CTRL-ALT-DEL and the WoWShaman comic had me in tears I was laughing so hard.
Devant Feb 22nd 2009 3:23PM
B^U still has readers? You must really like having one panel jokes explained to you over four. I find the funniest thing about CAD is that he feels the need to explain to you just how funny he is, because he thinks you don't get his joke. The guy either thinks he's much smarter than he really is, or he's calling the reader an idiot, possibly both. Lets not forget he's been copy pasting the same artwork for years now.

Another thing that bugs the crap out of me about Buckley is his Family Guy-esque need to use mundane violence for every single punchline.
Shiro Feb 23rd 2009 5:20PM
B^U is not funny. WoW Insider, please raise your standards.
Greg Feb 22nd 2009 11:55PM
Pretty much the only funny thing B^Uckley has ever been involved in was that time he sent an underage girl pictures of his cock.
Lianne Feb 23rd 2009 8:32AM
@Devant
Worst thing is that he blatantly ripped off the WoW forums. The one on the CC forum is actually funny! o_0
I used to read Ctrl+Alt+Del...but I think I've had about enough of this guy. :(
Okabe Feb 22nd 2009 12:55PM
It's kinda sad that a random poster on the WoW forums manages to generate considerably more lulz than the guy who does Ctrl Alt Del for a living.
Then again, who are we kidding? Ctrl Alt Del has sucked for years.
McKree Feb 22nd 2009 1:54PM
Well, there was a time when Ctrl+Alt+Del didn't suck, but then again, there was a time when dinosaurs ruled the earth.
Kaefu Feb 22nd 2009 12:56PM
haha funny shit.
nastar Feb 26th 2009 3:11PM
The wowshaman was pretty funny but if your from Aegwynn-US you will know who the Other guy is (Prepared) our very own shaman mutli-boxer thats what made it funnier for me
Lohac Feb 22nd 2009 1:13PM
LFG link is bugged. Causes hundreds of IE windows to open.
zweitblom Feb 22nd 2009 1:35PM
Works just fine for me. And how exactly can a link to a simple static webpage be 'bugged' anyway?
Eversor Feb 22nd 2009 1:14PM
CAD sucks as usual, nothing has changed.
Jason Feb 22nd 2009 1:51PM
I wasn't too impressed by DLC this week...
