Rogues are not at the bottom in SK-100. It's Priests, Warriors, and Mages at 3%. Rogues are 4% and Warlocks 5%.
That linked article is only sensationalizing rogues because the author plays a rogue.

Agreed. To much dreamy la-la-land for the author. I guess its just the reaction to being 'mortal' again after being ridiculously powerful for so long.

Ming has always been the not-so-sensible word on PvP. You can't take his words at face value because he believes that Rogues should be #1 no matter what the circumstances.
He's right about the status of Rogues sometimes, but he feels Rogues are garbage unless they are the best class in the game at that moment. Because of that, you have to take his word with a grain of salt.

I used to read World of Ming a bit when I played a rogue in TBC. It's right that he can be downright funny sometime (and I don't think he tries) but he does have some good info now and then. He really does think rogues should be #1 at all times though.

Yes, the Rogue representation in the top 100 has everything to do with how the Rogue class is terrible and needs huge buffs, and absolutely nothing to do with the fact that the most popular comp by far consists of two classes that both have very favorable match ups vs Rogues.
