It's not just about your class.

Many palyers have complained that only 3 specs in the game had replenishment, that's very few considering replenishment is mandatory for raids (as mandatory as a healer or a tank, you must have a replenisher).

Giving replenishment to Frost Mages and Destro Locks, they help solving this problem.

Besides, don't panic, I heard they want to make shatter combos better for pve frost mages.
