With Glyph of Arcane Barrage, they're obviously just trying to make up for the undocumented nerf to Arcane Barrage's spell power coefficient, which made it not worth its own mana cost. If they're still intent on leaving the coefficient lower, they should also just lower the mana cost across the board - not require a glyph to make it a reasonable again.Unless it is a minor glyph, the problem is that Arcane mages already have their major glyphs sorted - Glyph of Arcane Blast, Glyph of Mage/Molten Armor, and Glyph of Arcane Power. We've already just seen a useful Glyph of Arcane Missiles come which likely replaces AP, so will the ABarr glyph be just as useful? If it is actually useful and replaces one of those glyphs, then we're really just losing a spot we shouldn't have to occupy with a glyph that counters a change that shouldn't have been made in the first place.
