You got CoC in my WoW! Ia! Ia! Yogg-Saron!
I doubt anyone missed the obvious Call of Cthulhu references with Yogg-Saron (Yogg-Sothoth), but a Sanity mechanic is entirely too damn cool.
They should add a /gibber emote where you curl up in the fetal position and rock back and forth while babbling incoherently.

Yeah, I'm not sure what this Eternal Darkness stuff people are talking about is, but CoC was doing sanity long before and it's obviously what the encounter is based on.

Hrm.. would break class homogeneity, but I'd so love for Shadow Priests to get some kind of buff or special role here... like the ability to raise a target's Sanity by casting mind-control on it, or increased Sanity. I mean, they are Priests of the Forgotten Shadow, and probably the only people on Azeroth that really are in contact much with it... sure Warlocks use it, but they are much more focussed on Fel and demonic energies than purely Shadow.
