I agree, it's pretty stupid. It's like "Here, be distracted by these shiny new changes, while we sneak these ones in under the table." If they're changing anything that impacts on the way we play, why show us only part of what they're changing? I mean really, what's the point of patch notes if they're not complete?It's not so bad when its on the PTR, because it is yet to go live, and they may always tinker with it further, but it's terrible when they just sneak them into the live game, hidden under other changes they do list.While I'm ranting, another thing that annoys me is when they implement changes into the live game without first being on the PTR, and say things like "we'll monitor the effect this has on gamplay." Excuse me? Isn't that the entire point of the PTR?
