Getting out of Moonglade is time-consuming? How? Hop a (free) bird to TB (~8 minutes of AFK time) or Darn (considerably quicker) or ... take a normal bird anywhere on the continent.

But I'm super excited about Savage Defense! Woot! Although the tree was bloated already D:

I think you answered your own question with that 8 minute bird. Its a long flight to org or theramore to get back to northrend, and it involves a long boat ride as well.

Or for that matter just take a Shattrah/Dalaran portal to any capitol city with a Druid trainer. Such as Darnassus, Thunder Bluff or Silvermoon City (!?!)
