They have to find something to entice good players to keep paying their monthly fees too. Is it really that much of a problem for casual players that there are some rewards out of their reach? Doesn't it give people who are struggling something to work towards? The idea that maybe someday their guild will be the sort of guild that can obtain rare mounts before they are removed.
