Well by that logic, why are we able to solo farm a Skeletal Horse from pre-Tier 1 Stratholme in our Tier 7 or higher higher? Should they be removing the horse drop with the patch too? It may have a very low drop rate, but it's still easily farmed by someone in gear at least 5 tiers above the instance's gear level.
