I have a potential solution: instead of outright removing them, make them purchasable for Tier 7 tokens or Emblems or something. Maybe Spirit Shards? Something. If you make each one cost like 200 emblems, people would still have to work to get them. Make the Normal Raider Protodrake sell for normal raid badges, and the Heroic Raider Protodrake sell for heroic raid emblems.
