Broxigar is down.
We've tried Hodir ONCE. He does a ground freeze spell, and an Intense Cold-like spell, and "Flash Freeze", as well as cave-ins.

Update(s):
Hide behind anvils to avoid ground freeze, a la Saph Ice Block LoS, except they're stationary and you need to keep moving. Just strafe back and forth a tiny bit.
Brox is back up, but Northrend is down and everyone in Ulduar has been ported to Dalaran.

My guild just wrapped up our attempts on the PTR for Hodir, we got some good tries in and we finished our last 25 attempt with 63%.

Couple of guilds I was watching have worked out how not to die to the frost attacks but the dps is just slow. He's got around 35 mill hp on heroic and there's a lot of movement involved.

Ummm, I hope Ulduar is not going to be like warsong or alteric valley...I do not understand the blizzard logic of allowing said BG's to allow 40 horde to fight against 15 alliance, why the HELL do they not cap the players in these BG's?...THIS is exactly why no one ewants to play those BG's, it's retarded and so is blizzard, they MUST be retarded, all we are doing is handing them a win!...wtf?...maybe blizzard thinks that the horde are not good enough to beat us, so they allow the horde to have 3 to 1 odds so that each alliance has to kill three people, wtf are you thinking blizzard, that is so retarded, wtf is wrong with you ppl anywayz? huh?...i wish a blizzard employee had the BALLS to answer me. go ahead i dare you...email me bliz employee and explain to me why the hell you allow 40 to 15 in a BG? why is it not capped? why? i am blizzard i am RETARDED and i don't know any better.

It seems to me that you have to go about killing him in two ways. Be sure to stand on the ice patches he drops from the ceiling when he's casting his freezing block, or stand near a cozy fire.
The freezing blows damage buff is going to make this fight much more manageable. To me, this seems like a fight that's about coordinated movement more than anything else.

Uh, your gallery has this reallllly annoying add for Kohls that totally blocks the view of the images. But, when you roll over it a little -X- to close thing appears. Turns out that you can only click the -X- to close button if you are within the roll over area, but the -X- to close button is outside the roll over area. Making the add... totally impossible to close.
It went something like this.
