Okay I don't have any imba raid stories sadly. But I do have the most embarrassing frustrating night of fail tale in my career. I was in a very small single race RP guild which basically meant, we had no healers. A few of us were lvl70, we didn't DARE dream of doing Kara ever, so we thought we would amuse ourselves with the pre-TBC raids, starting from the top, being UBRS. But we needed the seal! So every Monday night, we would do BRS to get the gem drops to put in the seal. Since we were lvl70, we didn't need a healer any way... well, until I started screwing up. Firstly before going into the instance, you have to jump to the balcony. I failed the jump... 15 times in a row. It was hilarious to others, embarrassing to me (I never failed again, only that night... still don't get it). So we finally get in and start. Now, I am a lazy person, and in those days I would play WoW lying on my couch, laptop on my belly. So I lean forward to grab a bottle of milk, and somehow press my arrow or whatnot, when I look back on my screen I had just run forward and aggro'd about 20 mobs... first wipe ever in that instance. Okay, we all get back and continue. We jumped of a balcony to take a short cut, I had the amazing idea of popping slow fall, I land into a bunch of mobs, I blink... into other mobs, we wipe again. OKAY! Finally we get out of the instance with the completed seal. So we had to go to Theramore, these were the days where the portal to Theramore did not exist yet, so we fly to Wetlands, and get on the boat, well, the others get on it, while I am looking through my bags for all the crap you get for the seal activation. I look, and I look, and I look... I check my questlog... I facepalm... I had forgotten to accept the quest. I was soo afraid to tell them, but they were all very patient people, it was getting late, so we called it a night. I still have the unactivated seal in my bank.
