Last week, I was druid tanking Heroic Violet hold with a pug, mostly out of boredom. I was the last one to arrive to the instance, so after buffing we started immediately. Unfortunately, our Holy Priest healer (who came from a reputable guild, mind you) was afk, and the instance had already started. Thankfully, we had a Shadow Priest come too, and he healed me through the first few trash pulls. When we realized the healer wasn't coming back, I gave the Shadow Priest all of my mage strudels that I had picked up at raid, in addition to innervating him at opportune moments between pulls (he was going OOM very quickly). He drank between every pull, and we 4-manned Heroic VH all the way to Cyanigosa before wiping with less than 100k HP left because the SPriest went OOM and I was out of cooldowns. Needless to say, had the healer showed up at any time we would have been fine.
