without a doubt, the hand of a'dal title. this has deep meaning for me.
i was in a progression raid group, we killed vashj and kael and supremus before 3.0
every night i'd say i want to go back into ssc for karathress quest (i had missed the night we did that) but we were focused on progression.
so i never got the quest given after you kill him and was never able to get the BT attunement "officially", even though I killed all the bosses required for it.
i threw my hands in the air when 3.0 came, fully clothed in T6, with no hand of a'dal achievement. i died a little inside and to this day i'm just not as gusto about raids. some would consider me casual hardcore now.
