For future reference, have one unsaved person zone in (someone who doesn't necessarily care about the instance - I only PuG 10 man as we do 25 in guild, but seeing as in 10 man all I want are the badges and Grand Black War Mammoth that person is usually me), and after they zone in they check their raid status.

If they're not saved, they give the all clear. If they get saved, they quickly tell the rest of the group that someone in the raid group is 'tainted'.
