I didn't say I hated all rogues. I just stated that if I am trying to get the best possible roster for a particular fight, rogues currently don't cut it. I could also say I honestly wouldn't bring a ton of priest healers ATM, despite being one. I wouldn't bring more then the one mage it takes to put up the scorch debuff. I could go on.
Once the guild progresses, sure, take the player not the class.
Sarth 3D is a good example. If it is the first guild attempt at it, everyone will get more out of the run *at this point* if I take a DK instead of a rogue. If it is the 3rd time we've done it, then the rogue instead of the DK is less important. I don't need the battle rez if people don't screw up, and I won't need an extra tank unless one of the other tanks/healers messes up a cooldown. In that environment, a rogue is fine.
