I would be a pretty fail raid leader if I couldn't tell the difference between a well played rogue and a terrible death knight. It isn't like I would shun a good player for a bad one. But I wouldn't take a good rogue with good gear over a good DK with good gear.

When gear/skill is comparable, then you have to look at class. That's what I am saying.
