Be careful what you wish for. I'm on the PTR and it is probably the most awful thing in the history of WoW. If it weren't for the sheer awesomeness of being able to see something like this before it's released I would have quit a long time ago if this was the how actual WoW realms operated. Lucky for us, even High pop realms aren't as bad as the PTR. It literally took our raid 3 hours to get to Hodir between World Server crashes and Instance crashes. If you had a hearthstone set to Dalaran, don't even bother. By the time we all got in and were ready we got one attempt in before the server was shut down for testing. I understand its a Public Test Realm but it's apparently way too Public and not a whole lot of Testing going on. I would very willingly sit out a few rounds of testing in hopes that my personal testing experience goes more smoothly. If they had raid signups and only let certain raid groups test each encounter during certain times I would be much much much happier. Cmon Blizz, I know your listening... I hope something is done to fix it. I'm honestly not looking forward to Iron Council tonight.
