I do hope "BE HAPPY YOU'RE GETTING MORE MANA!" is some form of sarcasm? If you really think that these chnages equate to more mana then you are seriously mistaken. The exception being if you're in a raid where, through some miracle, you happens to be the only source of Replenishment. Though if you believe that this is reason enough to spec Frost for PvE I really can only gawp at this opinion. I guess we can only wait and see if Mages will get some reasonable changes in upcoming PTR patches.
