Well. Let's consider this. There are alot of arms/fury warriors doing PvP right now, where engineering really...glimmers (can't say it truly shines). I think this enchant, and bear with me here, might illustrate a certain amount of foresight on Blizzard's front, in that a fair amount of said warriors, or paladins, or whatever dumb class they let tank these days, would likely use this modification on their tank set considering dual spec will coincide with this, the enchant's release.
