I don't think it's caving, either. Some of these changes (and, as a hunter, I do welcome that ammunition will stack to 1000 in 3.1, for example) resolved annoyances in the game. Just realize that WoW isn't a static game, but that Blizzard's obligation isn't just to keep the servers running (enough backlash about that already in the last half year), but also to optimize gameplay, come up with some fun new items for all classes, races and professions every once in a while and keep paying customers coming back.
Yup, leveling in Wrath was much much easier and more entertaining than it was in TBC.
Yup, I'm looking forward to racing around on my mount and not get thrown into the water every time I lose contact with the river bed.
Yup, I look forward to this "Is Blizz caving?" discussion popping up with every other major patch going live. :)
