Hybrids already have the functionality if they have the gear. It takes me about 2 mins to port, respec and resummon. This'll just save me the gold.
And as for pallys having it best, thats only true if they've spent the time and effort gathering decent gear for multiple specs (same for druids/any other non-pure class).
As far as bag space goes, I keep 2 sets in my bags at the moment, plus all my pvp gear too.
Looking at should there be a cooldown, why would there be one? Its not like you cant pause a raid, go respec, down one boss and go swap back...
