Warriors and Paladins could be saved by introducing shields with magical resist on them. These items would not be available to the DKs. These classes have usually been defined by their gear anyway.
Druids should continue to stack stamina, if healers are in serious mana trouble an OT can taunt the boss while the druid casts innervate. This is not a perfect solution but on progression content (the only time mana is an issue for healers) little tricks like this are always used.
As for burst damage, at least these magicrushing blows are on a cooldown, and like the auther says, TBC crushingblows could come 6 on the trot. A healer can anticipate these magical attacks (cast bar/emote) and have a big heal in the pipe for when it lands.
