I don't like this title so much, but i am happy for another holiday achievable

I like the title, but I'm slightly nervous that there's one one-RNG achivement (the Elegant Dress), and one two-RNG (the Tuxedo Pants and Jacket). Sooo... well, the drop rates might be buffed. We'll have to see.
