Just to clarify, you are actually asking where the word "hawtness" comes from, right?
If so, it's a "lolspeek" or "catspeak" (that term borrowing from the lolcats phenomenon), spelling of hotness, which is a noun meaning the quality of being hot. Hot in American slang means above average in attractiveness (I don't know whether you are american or not, but I assumed you weren't due to the fact that you don't know what "hotness" means).
