I'm glad they made the change but I'm still waiting for blizz to do the right thing and actually overtly (rather than covertly) tell these twinks that they aren't welcome. This wouldn't be that big of a chance since they make twinking as hard as possible without actually saying that's what they're doing it just means they'd be able to be honest about it. Blizz would take a financial hit from this I'm sure as some twinks would cancel their account but probably not as big as some people say since these people would still have their mains that are worth playing on and most players would just adapt.

"I'm glad they made the change but I'm still waiting for blizz to do the right thing and actually overtly (rather than covertly) tell these twinks that they aren't welcome."Changes like this may be hard on twinks who got used to having high level enchants available to them, but it is not at all saying that Blizzard wants twinks gone.If anything, this will level the twink field a bit. Another benefit would be that battlegrounds may be a tiny bit more possible for the non-twinks as they level up.And, as was said, they will find ways to adapt. These are players that have already made up their own game within Blizzard's game. They are both creative and stubborn. :)
