Just a comment, the DK list is for DPS DKs not Tanks.

As a fellow Death Knight Blogger I highly recommend Sekelton Jack's best in slot series for DPS oriented DK's.
While I have some slight differences in preference on trinkets, SJ does an excellent job researching and testing what he writes.

Is there a guide out there similar to Best in Slot for Dk's but for hunters?

A different bobber might mix things up a bit from getting too bored of fishing but they look a little kiddie. A skull bobber would make me max out my fishing for sure.
