I've never been an officer, and have been in guilds with some pretty bad leadership (with one having an officer core that treated non-officers as their personal raiding slaves and then attempted to stealth transfer/disband the guild without warning), and I still fully agree with this. Anyone that finds this article offensive is one of those unreasonable people.

My current guild isn't perfect, and I provide suggestions on ways it might be better. In the end, though, if I really believed I could do better, I'd make my own guild. Honestly, that thought alone has kept a lot of my occasional grumpiness in check.
