You're either incapable of being or incapable of finding a decent human being if you think even half of what you said there is true.

There are plenty of people who are down on whatever goes down. They need to be talked with to find out why so if nothing else you can kick them before they take a group down. As I said in the post.

However if these even make up a sizable majority of your groups, you have issues recruiting non-sociopaths.

Either that or you're just burnt out and should get away from the RL/GL role, as you've gone horribly bitter.

Lots of times the rules you put in place in an organization make people act more selfishly. Perhaps the issue is you, not them? Perhaps you have some rule which just brings out the inner asshole in everyone.
