Really? Wow, just wow, you reserving loot on the basis of "it will help me and my guild" is essentially screwing over anyone who is stupid enough to pug with you. I sincerely hope that you post that bull *$%# in raid chat before you get some unsuspecting pugger saved with that steaming pile.
The way I have always seen it done, and it is pretty much standard is (a) BOP item, 1st roll main spec, 2nd roll off-spec, 3rd roll for the shard, (b) BOE item, 1st roll main spec, 2nd roll free roll to sell. There shouldn't be an off-spec roll for a BOE item since the only reason you have BOP off-spec rolls is because the item is just going to waste.
