The Assassination changes may not change much on paper, but they should make achieving a consistent damage easier for more players. Longer lasting HFB that won't completely gimp you if it falls off, higher poison damage, and less reliance on only a few weapons. I know people who were fully expecting to head into Ulduar in Librarian's Paper Cutters, but with a PPM poison system faster isn't the only concern.
