Isn't Cloak of Shadows also being changed for 3.1 to no longer remove DoT or harmful spell effects?

This further reduces utility options against casting classes.

My mistake, I'm sleepy this morning. I'm thinking of the HfB changes which no longer removes bleed effects. Makes it difficult (impossible) to use vanish and stealth given the number of classes with bleed effects.
