Get a new guild asap. It been widely discussed and proven that hit rating is not as important as it once was in BC. You merely need to ensure that you are at the poison hit cap( which i believe is 237) and the rest just comes with new gear. Any guild telling a rogue that they cant raid unless u have 350 hit is just fail. My guild has completed all wotlk content and my gear is somewhat ok and I still only have 257hit.( http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Alexstrasza&n=Tekniques ).
