You need to have a long talk with your guild and tell them to update their thinking for the expansion, because the days of focusing exclusively on hit rating are over. You can even point them to an earlier article in this very column and the discussion that follows it.

Short version: there is absolutely no reason to try to shoot for that much hit rating. That they insist on it is absolutely ludicrous.
