A rogue only needs to poison hit cap (i wanna say around 243) and then extra is simply a dps boost comparable to other dps stats. I have no idea what DK's DW hit cap is. An Enhancement Shaman's yellow hit cap is barely near 200 though most will go for spell hit cap at 369. A Fury Warrior is also not over 300 for hit cap.
So if i were you i'd go tell your guildies to go research classes before they come up with arbitrary requirements so you can actually have good gear as your T7 is an awesome set.
