I don't know exactly what's so funny about
this long chatlog between some of the more popular undead and evil NPCs of the game (maybe just how similar this crowd ends up being to us), but it is hilarious. Basically a sequel to
the old boss chat, this one has "theLichKing" chatting with "Killzone'jaeden" and "An00barak" about everything from how cold it is in Icecrown to just where Sargeras is from. Very well done, Warraven of Ravenholdt. He even gets some nice lore in there even between all of the pony jokes.
And this little chatlog reminded me of all the funny stuff
over at Wowbash. If you've never looked through
the archives over there, definitely check them out, but be careful. Browsing all of those funny quotes is almost more addictive than actually playing the game.

God, I can't stand the stupid "^___^" emoticons absolutely everybody uses now. That, and responding to everything with "kk." Someday when those trends pass, former WoW players will look back on how ridiculous they looked and be embarrassed.

Not to take anything away from how amazing that is, but aren't the Scourge and the Burning Legion separate? I thought the Scourge went rogue. Why would they be calling on Kiljaeden and Sargeras?
I suspect I'm thinking too much about this.

To make a long and convoluted story short...
1. Ner'zhul, the orc shaman, falls under Kil'jaeden's control
2. Stuff happens
3. Ner'zhul ends up a disembodied spirit in the frozen throne, still under Kil'jaeden's control
4. Burning Legion decides to use the Scourge to take over Azeroth
5. Ner'zhul builds up the Scourge, chooses Arthas as his champion head-DK-guy
6. Illidan tries to shut the whole operation down
7. Ner'zhul is weakened by Illidan, loses control of the Forsaken
8. Burning Legion panics, decides to terminate the Scourge plan
9. Scourge gets uppity, turns on the Burning Legion, unhappy about being laid off
10. Humans/Orcs/Night Elves kick the Burning Legion off Azeroth at Mt. Hyjal
11. Ner'zhul and Arthas merge, Lich King is free to terrorize Northrend without the pesky demons
