Guildwatch is the name of a global Alliance PvP channel on the Feathermoon realm. That's what it meant when they mentioned Guildwatch in that thread, but yea that thread was a nice read.

Aw man, I was hoping that was just coincidence. I even thought "They don't mean Feathermoon, do they...."
